Who are we?

My name is Agustin Casillas and I am the proud owner of Cap City Contractors. A licensed electrician, I’ve personally needed to handle mistakes that previous general contractors have made. Before long, I was on speed dial for many of my customers who began to ask me to do non-electrical work for both big and small projects around their homes. Before I knew it, I had started my own general contracting company.

What do we stand for?

My team is dedicated to make sure that we make your dream home a reality. We are committed to being fair in our estimates and realistic in our timelines— you won’t see us trying to upsell you, talk you into upgrades for your home that you just don’t want, or stretching out jobs from weeks to months. My crew and I have been working together for years, and are prompt, reliable and responsive.

What can you expect from us?

From ideation to implementation, you can depend on me personally— no subcontracting of contractors— to be your personal point of contact. I can support your ideas and chat through what is or isn’t feasible, and different options depending on your budget. I am always available and you will have my personal phone number. We will have a chat going throughout the duration of your job, and you can expect regular updates from me. I can also answer any questions you may have in that chat until the job is done. Our goal is to get you to love your home, not to pad our invoices with extra things you don’t want!
